The amount of tasks you have to do by yourself is unbelievable. They constantly take advantage of you and will work you into the ground. I think this has to be the worst company/position I have ever worked for. They will stress you out, step all over you, and move on to the next person with no hesitation or remorse. To be fair, retail and pharmacy settings are in bad shape in most companies right now, but this is definitely one to steer clear of if you value your mental health and a good work-life balance.

My team once tried to be honest during a yearly survey about all of the changes that had happened over the course of the year and how stressful being understaffed had become, and the DM came to our store and yelled at all of them and told them they had "self identified" as disengaged employees and were going to receive poor performance reviews and no raises that year. District leadership is there to threaten you, not support you. Corporate leaders are completely clueless as to what happens on the ground or just how unrealistic the expectations are for store team members or managers, and seem to spend most of their time making internal videos to share with stores about what a great job they're doing and love to pat themselves on the back over and over. They have no focus or commitment to their employees and only care about performance metrics that might help investor confidence and stock prices.

This used to be a decent company to work for, but over the years they have gone from above average compensation and benefits to average, then to below average.
